I'm Having Trouble Matching This OpenFace Serif Font

Need to match this font for a job, but gold letters on a light gray wall make the contrast difficult to get a good read. It looks like a basic mid 90s serif font, but all the ones I keep finding are not 100% matches. I'm not sure if the open-face treatment is part of the font or an added design detail. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
