Old sign typeface

This is a very rough representation of a typeface used in a sign for an old business from pre 1970 This is a rough outline made from a photo. I was unable to find any exact matches in free fonts. I'd be willing to pay if the font can be 100% identified. I have a feeling it might be a custom made font. BTW - the lowercase i has a dot at the top. WhatFontIs cut it off.
