Lost the name

I have this font I used before. I don't know how I did, but I managed to lose the name of the font. I went into my old file with this number and for some reason I can't find the name, I also have gone through all my fonts(3500+) and can't seem to locate it. TIA for the assistance in figuring this out for me.
