Script font with ornate lowercase t

This font is not actually distressed (the sample is because I had to pull it from a photo of a wood sign it's on and clear the background). I have never seen a script uppercase L like this before with it crossing at the bottom instead of looping. The only thing I know about it is the stencil for the sign was created with software for a vinyl cutting machine. Any ideas?
