Maybe or Unanswered
This font is such a puzzle! It gives an impression it’s actually two fonts instead of one. Such thing is possible, the developers actually did that once in this game. There could be some other custom lettering, but quite unlikely. For the next game, Spyro 3, they just used the Wonton font unchanged. Please, help! What font(s) could this be based on?

Oh... this is impossible! But thank you anyway. At least now I know there is no point to continue searching. If even you couldn't identify it, then it really isn't a font after all :) If only I knew the origin of at least some of the characters...
