Can you recognize this font from 24 Horas (TVN) logo?

I've been trying to find this font (obviously the one from the numbers '24') a long time, but all of the automatic tools available online have failed. The font is pretty unique in details of the numbers, so there's no alternative close to it. I used to have this font, so I now that this actually exists, but I can't remeber it's name. :(
